A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued in parts of Maryland.
Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Howard, Harford, Cecil, Kent, Talbot, Queen Anne's and Caroline Counties are under the watch until 8 p.m. Monday.
A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Frederick County until 1:30 p.m.
