A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for parts of Maryland Tuesday.
The watch impacting Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll, Cecil, Frederick, Harford and Queen Anne's counties. It was issued shortly before 2 p.m. Tuesday.
