Just think one year ago to this day (March 20th) we were talking snow on the first day of Spring in Central Maryland. From the Eastern Shore to the I-95 stretch and mountains of Maryland substantial accumulations were reported. All of this came during a year (2018) of limited snowfall with many areas barely making a totals of 12" for the year.
