Mandatory evacuations along Georgia's coast as Hurricane Matthew approaches

Drivers are stuck in major traffic jams in Savannah as people try to leave the area ahead of Hurricane Matthew.  

Georgia's governor issued a mandatory evacuation for the roughly 500,000 people living along the state's coast. The evacuation covers all areas east of Interstate 95.  

There are shelters open across the state.
