Strong winds continue to blow throughout Maryland Monday.
A high wind warning has been issued in Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Frederick, Kent, Queen Anne, Prince George's and Talbot Counties until 6 p.m.

Thousands of households are still without power in the area as of Monday morning.
Motorists are advised to use caution on the roadways during the morning commute. Wind restrictions are in effect for the Bay Bridge.
