What a wonderful weekend ahead. From the beach to the mountains it can't get any better than this. Temperatures return to the mid to upper 80s with low humidity come Saturday and Sunday. Both days will feature tons of sunshine as high pressure slides in overhead. Overnight lows not bad either in the upper 50s and low 60s Saturday morning and then again Sunday morning.
Besides all of this we will have a few things going on in the skies above. The Perseids meteor shower, Jupiter, and Saturn will provide sky-watchers with pure delight the next few nights ahead. On top of that it will be very comfortable for viewing especially away from the big city centers.
Early next week high temperatures return to the 90 degree mark along with increased humidity. With the heat and humidity comes our next storm chance for the middle of next week. Long range for mid to late August suggest above average temps and below average precipitation in the coming days ahead. Stay tuned as we start to turn the curve toward school season and eventually Fall.
