WOODLAWN, Md. — Baltimore County Fire Department continues to investigate a 2-alarm fire that happened at a U-Haul storage facility in Woodlawn early Saturday morning.
At around 3:08 a.m., fire crews were called to the 1500 block of Woodlawn Drive for a report of a fire alarm. After crews from the Westview Station arrived and found heavy smoke, they made entry and found several storage units on fire.
Commanders called a second alarm at a little after 4 a.m. However, firefighters had the fire under control at 5:20 a.m.
There were no injuries, but three storage units, and their contents, were damaged.
