Water main break repairs have closed York Road in both directions between McCormick Road and Phoenix Road in Cockeysville Monday.
Baltimore's Department of Public Works said its crews are working with Baltimore County to repair the 20-inch main located just north of Hunt Valley Mall.
Traffic is being detoured to I-83 as an alternate route. Crews are assessing an underground pipe failure along northbound York Road, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration.
