BALTIMORE — Traffic delays are expected on I-895 as the northbound side of the Harbor Tunnel will be closed from 8:30 p.m. on Thursday until Monday morning at 4:30 a.m.
Two way traffic will operate in the southbound side.
Crews are expected to pour concrete and make manhole adjustments as part of the nearly $190 million bridge project. The project is expected to be completed in summer 2021.
