A MARC train derailment that happened over the weekend will affect the Tuesday morning commute.
Only three trains are operating on the Brunswick Line. All of them will make their last stop in Silver Spring, forcing commuters to transfer to the Metro to travel to Washington, D.C.
A CSX freight train derailed in Northeast D.C. Sunday causing a chemical leak that was quickly plugged.
