A crash involving an overturned car caused heavy delays on the southbound I-83 Jones Falls Expressway heading into Baltimore Thursday morning.
The incident blocked two left southbound lanes between Cold Spring Lane and Falls Road near the Pepsi sign.
The incident has been cleared, but delays persist.
Motorists are advised to use Falls Road as an alternate route.
