All lanes on northbound I-95 have reopened after an overturned vehicle shut down lanes at Caton Avenue in Baltimore Wednesday morning.
The left southbound lane was blocked as EMS crews responded to the crash.
The Maryland Transportation Authority detoured traffic onto Caton Avenue. While lanes have reopened, the MDTA says delays remain.
Traffic was also held on northbound I-895 at Harbor Tunnel while a disabled vehicle was cleared.
