Maryland State Police are investigating an accident that killed a pedestrian early Tuesday morning.
Officers say it happened around 1:00 a.m., going eastbound Route 40 at Route 543 in Harford County. The intersection is closed until further notice.
State Police tell travelers to use Route 7 or 95.
