COLUMBIA, Md. — A teen boy is dead after losing control of a stolen car and striking a tree overnight in Columbia.
Howard County Police say it happened around 3:54 a.m. Tuesday on Guilford Road near Lambeth Court.
The 16-year-old driver was thrown from the vehicle upon impact and died on scene.
The car was reportedly stolen from outside Howard County.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
