ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. — Quarantine is hard on all of us not being able to see our loved ones.
Andrew, who is 13 and has Williams Syndrome, was missing the routine of being at school and seeing Anne Arundel County Police Corporal Ashley Carpenter, according to his mom.
Andrew's mom let Cpl. Carpenter know he was really missing her, so Cpl. Carpenter made the trip to Andrew's house to check on him. She brought his favorite songs and they had a dance party at a safe distance.
