Brady. Belichick. Champions.

For the sixth time, quarterback Tom Brady, head coach Tom Belichick and the New England Patriots won their six Super Bowl title on Sunday after defeating the Los Angeles Rams 13-3.

The crafty veteran Brady outlasted third-year quarterback Jared Goff in the defensive contest.

"They played great defense, they made it tough on every play," Brady said. "We finally got a touchdown. Our defense played great."

The Patriots and Rams both had stagnant offenses for the first three quarters of Sunday's game. Sunday marked the lowest scoring Super Bowl in history.

The first touchdown of the game was not scored until the seven-minute mark of the fourth quarter. New England's Sony Michel finished a five-play, 69-yard drive with a two-yard touchdown run to give the Patriots a 10-3 lead. On the ensuing drive, Goff was picked off inside the New England 5.

Rex Burkhead put the game away with a 26-yard run into Los Angeles territory with just 2:33 left in the game. That setup a 41-yard field goal by Stephen Gostkowsk to put New England up 13-3.

New England led 3-0 at halftime after Gostkowski nailed a 42-yard field goal in the second quarter.

Los Angeles tied the game with 2:11 left in the third quarter on Greg Zuerlein's 53-yard field goal.

Brady and Belichick are now 6-3 in Super Bowls since 2002.
