Governor Larry Hogan and Canada’s Ambassador to the United States David MacNaughton put it all on the table. If the Caps win, MacNaughton wears the team's jersey and vice versa.
Well, the Caps beat the Maple Leafs 5-2 at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis.
