Mayor Catherine Pugh will throw the ceremonial first pitch at the Orioles Opening Day Monday April 3.
She'll be joined by long-time broadcaster Fred Manfra and state senator Bobby Zirkin.
The Orioles host the Toronto Blue Jays. The season opener begins at 3:05 p.m.
