Before the start of today's Orioles game versus the Toronto Blue Jays, 101-year-old Martha Ahlfeldt threw out the ceremonial first pitch.

Ahlfeldt, who was born on July 16, 1914, loved the Orioles since her father took her to see the International League Orioles in the 1940's. She and her husband, Charles, held Orioles season tickets in the 1960's and 1970's at Memorial Stadium.

Ahlfeldt is a mother of two, grandmother of 11, great-grandmother of eight and great-great-grandmother of two.
