TOWSON, Md. — Baltimore County will allow sports programs to restart beginning February 1.
This includes high school, youth, and recreational games, clinics, skills sessions, scrimmages and practices.
Attendance at indoor organized amateur sporting events will remain capped at 50 people.
One parent or guardian per athlete will be permitted.
Other than that, only players, referees/officials, trainers, coaches, and staff are allowed.
Face coverings are required everyone but athletes on the field or court playing, although it's recommended they wear them too.
Logs will need to be maintained for contact tracing purposes.
Out of state sporting events and tournaments remain canceled.
Consistent with typical sports seasons, Baltimore County Recreation and Parks’ Spring Sports Season will begin March 1.
