PIKESVILLE, Md. — A man is dead after a shooting in Pikesville Friday afternoon.
Around 2:45 p.m., Baltimore County police responded to the Unit Block of Hawthorne Avenue.
When they arrived, they found 20-year-old Caron Means with a gunshot wound.
Police say he was taken to the hospital where he later died.
There is no active threat to the community according to police.
This incident remains under investigation.
