BALTIMORE — Business owners are working hard to make ends meet during the pandemic and they want to let you know 'We're Open Baltimore.'
One of those businesses is The Local Fry in the rotunda.
It's owned by Baltimore native Elizabeth Irish and her husband Kevin.
The restaurant has many dishes that are inspired by the couple's different cultures and travels around the world.
"So right now we're not allowing dine-in, we're just open for carryout and online ordering and we also have delivery through Uber Eats"
