BEL AIR, Md. — Harford Artists Gallery says "We're Open Baltimore!"
The gallery is located in the Armory Marketplace behind the Armory in Bel Air. According to the Bel Air Arts and Entertainment website, the gallery is made up of changing exhibits that include photography, paintings, jewelry and pottery.
