Attorney William H. "Billy" Murphy, Jr., attorney for Freddie Gray's family, is set to announce a lawsuit seeking water bill refunds for Flint, Mich. residents.
The lawsuit, filed Sunday, seeks a full refund of all water bills paid by Flint citizens and businesses during the time their water supply came from the contaminated Flint River.

Murphy, along with Flint lawyer and former Circuit Court judge Val Washington, is demanding more than $150 million in water bill refunds along with compensation for damages.
A press announcement is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 2 at 2 p.m. in Flint, Mich.
