A holiday horror has one town in New Mexico talking.
A candidate for San Juan Sheriff, Shane Ferrari, has conducted an unusual investigation where his dog has been charged with the murder of a beloved Christmas elf.
In the press release posted by Ferrari, it says that Josie Ferrari, aka 'The Mutt', is being charged with murder, tampering with evidence, and fleeing.
The post quickly went viral and Ferrari said because of its success, he will continue to post updates on the investigation.
And the holiday fun doesn't stop there, Ferrari posted on Monday a line of protesters waiting for Josie!
