CHICAGO (AP)- Someone provided a donor heart -- and it was the doctors who actually did the surgery. But Drake is getting lots of credit for helping a suburban Chicago girl make it through a heart transplant.
Last month, Drake visited Sofia Sanchez after seeing a video of her dancing in a hospital to one of his songs -- all while she was tethered to an IV pump. Sofia says Drake's advice to stay strong and keep fighting helped her through some tough times.
Sanchez got the new heart less than a month ago -- and she says it "feels different, but in a good way."
