An adorable video of a 3-year-old bagpiper has gone viral and it turns out it was recorded right here in our state!
Callum's dreams came true when he was able to march along with the pipe band at the Southern Maryland Celtic Festival.
The band he played with is from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Callum's mom said that the band members took him under their wind at the festival last week and kept him safe.
