A number of union workers protested outside Gov. Larry Hogan's annual open house Thursday afternoon, upset with a new payroll system implemented under the governor.

Members of the AFSCME union say the new system has led to delays in them getting paid.

The union has held similar rallies and protests around the area over the last few weeks.
