A third suspect involved in the beating death of 26-year-old Julian Jones was taken into custody.
Toronto Police said 28-year-old Andrew Christopher O'Brien of Toronto surrendered to police Monday at 9:15 p.m.
O’Brien was wanted for second-degree murder after Jones, a Baltimore man, was beaten to death outside of a Toronto nightclub on Nov. 5 while in town for a bachelor party.
Police said Jones was the victim of an “unprovoked attack” and died at a nearby hospital.
Two other suspects, Kenneth Omarogbe and Kamari Folks, were arrested this month.
O’Brien is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 22.
