Six Flags America evacuated after phone threat

Prince George’s County police are investigating a phone threat that was made to Six Flags America in Largo Saturday afternoon.

Due to the severity of this situation, the park was evacuated and closed several hours early.

Police swept through the amusement park and found nothing. 

Park representatives say the park will open as scheduled on Sunday. 

Police are still investigating where the call came from and who placed the call.
