The drunk driver who killed Officer Noah Leotta will be sentenced on Thursday, Oct. 27.
Back in May, Luis Reluzco pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter in the December 2015 death of Leotta along Rockville Pike in Montgomery County.

Leotta's death led to the creation of Noah's Law - a law requiring DUI offenders to achieve a lawful blood alcohol level using a breathalyzer before turning on their car.
