A teen accused of raping a 14-year-old girl will plead "not guilty" in court.
The attorney of 18-year-old Henry Sanchez also said that the encounter with the girl at Rockville High School was preplanned, consensual and a "non-forceable encounter."

Sanchez and the other suspect, 17-year-old Jose Montano, are both being charged as adults.
According to authorities, Sanchez came to the U.S. illegally.

Montano is accused of soliciting the victim for sex in the school hallway.
She said she refused before he forced her into a boys' bathroom where both suspects allegedly raped her.
