As the snow continues to fall throughout the afternoon and evening, the Red Cross remains concerned about power outages, spokeswoman Brittany Fowler said.
"One of the things we really want people to be aware of are shelters in their areas," Fowler told ABC2 News.
She encourages residents to download the Red Cross app, which is free for both Androids and iPhones.
