President Obama signed the “BABIES” Act to bring baby changing tables to male and female restrooms in public buildings.
The president singed the Bathrooms Accessible in Every Situation Act Friday.
Baby changing facilities will not be permitted in restrooms in public buildings that are not available for public use or have signs specifying where a male or female restroom is located within the same section of that building.
