Natural Resources police have recovered the body of a boater who went missing in the North East River Saturday.
Police Spokeswoman Candy Thompson said the body of 53-year-old Earl Graham of Narvon, Pa. was found at the mouth of the Sassafras River in 14 feet of water Sunday afternoon
The search began around 2:45 a.m. Saturday when a good Samaritan reported an unmanned 23-foot boat doing circles off shore from the Turkey Point Lighthouse.
Authorities said the boat had been unmanned for several hours by the time it was reported Saturday.
Natural Resources police worked with the Coast Guard and several local jurisdictions including Harford and Cecil Counties to find the missing boater.
