ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) - An Olney woman is accused of hitting a bartender with a vehicle after leaving the sports bar without paying her bill.

WJLA-TV reports  22-year-old Tracy Carrillo is facing charges of first-degree assault and theft of less than $1,000.

Court documents show Carrillo is accused of entering Rockville's Miller's Ale House in November 2015 with three other people, having drinks and then trying to skip out on a $33.34 bar tab.

Authorities say Carrillo and another woman exited the bar, while the bartender escorted the other two people into the parking lot.

That's when, police say, Carrillo attempted to exit the lot, striking and injuring the bartender before fleeing.

It isn't clear whether Carrillo has an attorney to comment on the charges.
