Prince George’s County Police are investigating a burglary that happened across from University of Maryland College Park.
An email alert was sent out to students informing them that there had been an off-campus burglary in the 4600 block of Knox Road.
A student told police she woke up Saturday morning just after 3 a.m. to a man touching her. She says the man left her bedroom when she woke up and didn't take anything.
Investigators don’t think this case is connected to a sexual assault that happened last month in off-campus housing.
