Fire crews responded to a building collapse Sunday morning in northeast D.C.
The building was once a tomato packing plant but was in the process of being renovated for a different purpose.

Fire officials believe strong winds were responsible for the collapse.
DC fire and EMS reported that no one was injured in the incident.
