MOUNT AIRY, Md. (AP) - A Mount Airy resident who wants to open a business selling firearms out of his home is taking steps to quell his neighbors' fears over the venture.

The Frederick News-Post reports that Mike Wonsala is going to host a question-and-answer session at the Mount Airy library on Dec. 1 to go over the basis of his proposed business.

Wonsala applied for a special exception to restore and sell antique firearms out of his home 15 months ago.

The town council has not yet voted on the ordinance.
