Catherine Hoggle, who was charged in the 2014 disappearance of her two children has been deemed not competent to stand trial, again.

A Maryland judge says Hoggle "continues to be dangerous but restorable."

Hoggle’s kids Sarah and Jacob were 3 and 2 when they went missing in September of 2014. Police say they were last seen with Hoggle in Clarksburg.

Family members say Hoggle is a paranoid schizophrenic but stopped taking her medication just before the children disappeared.

If Hoggle is still ruled incompetent to stand trial again, the state must file new charges, or she will be released from custody.

The next hearing will take place on August 31, 2017.
