A lucky Marylander has won the only top prize in Monday's Cash4Life drawing.
It's the first top-tier winning ticket sold in Maryland. The ticket was purchased at a Weiss Market located at 2 Camps Road in Frederick, Md.
The winner will have the option to be paid annual installments of $365,000 or a one-time cash payout of $7 million.
