The Maryland Health Care for All! Coalition will announce a new proposal to protect and improve the Affordable Care Act in the state.
Local officials are scheduled to discuss the policy during a news conference in Annapolis at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Officials said the Affordable Care Act has been a great success in Maryland.
