Police have charged a man with the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old boy at a dice game in suburban Washington.

Six people were shot, two of them fatally, early Sunday in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Capitol Heights. Prince George's County police said in a news release Tuesday that investigators believe there were two shooters, and the initial gunman is still at large.

Police say someone fired into a crowd at the dice game, killing 18-year-old Brian Davis and wounding four others. Police say minutes later, 22-year-old Bravon Freeman got a gun and fatally shot 14-year-old Todd Webb.

Freeman was arrested on the scene and has been charged with first-degree murder. He's being held without bond and court records do not list an attorney for him.
