OCEAN CITY, Md. — A federal judge has upheld a ban on women being topless in public areas in Ocean City.
According to the Mayor of Ocean City, the city plans to uphold this ordinance in an effort to preserve the areas "family-friendly" environment for visitors and residents.
The City's Emergency Ordinance passed in 2017 after the legality of having topless woman in public areas came into question.
