Detectives arrested and charged 23-year-old Charles Woldford for having a sexual relationship with a student.
According to a police investigation, evidence shows that Woldford was engaging in sexual activity with the 16-year-old girl. They say that none of the sexual activity happened at the school.
Wolford is charged with sexual abuse of a minor, second-degree assault and fourth-degree sex offense/person in a position of authority. He is in custody of the Department of Corrections.
