Governor Larry Hogan announced plans to improve traffic congestion on Interstate 270 Wednesday.
He discussed the advancement of a $100 million I-270 innovation congestion management contract.
Governor Hogan will also revealed the design team who will help increase the flow of traffic on I-270 between I-70 and I-495.
