Governor gets look at SHA's snow plans

Just before the snow started falling Friday afternoon, Gov. Larry Hogan got a look at how the State Highway Administration is preparing for the possibly historic snow storm. 

He recalled some of the state's previous big snow storms.

"I remember all of them.  I've been here my whole life.  It used to be more fun," Hogan said.  "I used to go out and play and make snowmen and have snowball fights and ride my sled, and now I've got to protect six million people."
