Gov. Hogan extends order prohibiting utility shutoffs through Aug. 1

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Gov. Hogan has extended the emergency order prohibiting utility providers from shutting off or charging late fees.

Under the order, gas & electric, water, sewage, phone, cable TV, and internet service provider companies cannot shutoff service, or charge any residential late fees through August 1.
