FREDERICK COUNTY, Md. (WMAR) - The Frederick County Emergency Management Division has created storm assessment surveys for both residents and business owners, as they continue to recover from devastating floods.

Several days of heavy rain last week left parts of the county under water.

County officials even declared a state of emergency for a few days.

Now, county officials want to hear about flooding damage from residents and business owners, so they can evaluate all the devastation.
