Four arrested and charged in Frederick home invasion

Units were called to the 1000 block of Heather Ridge Drive around 2:08 a.m. Saturday for a home invasion.

Police found one male in the area fitting the description and were able to stop and arrest him. This suspect is a juvenile and police will not be releasing his identity at the time.

In their investigation officers reviewed surveillance video that showed a total of four suspects involved in the incident.

The three other suspects took shelter in a nearby apartment in the same complex , police said.

These individuals were arrested and taken into custody without incident.

After being questioned and interviewed by police, the two adult suspects were taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.  The juveniles were taken I the juvenile facility in the area, police said.

 All four suspects are being charged with robbery, burglary, conspiracy to commit a home invasion and theft as well as other charges.
